in case the investment on new sampling as per your specification request is not a small one. But this deposit

will be refund when you order from us.

3. Do you provide free sample?

Yes, samples are free when ordering in bulk. We ask for a deposit for the samples but this deposit will be refund

when you order from us. On occasion,if we have fabrics or products in stock, the 1st counter sample is free.

4. What is the lead time of samples?

Usually the sample weii be shipped to you 5-10days.

5. What is the lead time for delivey?

In general will be take 30-40days since order confirmed.

6. Can I put my own label and logo on the products?

Yes, and two options for your choice

1) Sending your label design to us and we make them for you.

2) Sending your finished lables to us and we put them on the products.

7. Can you arrange sales package according to our request?

Yes, you are welcome to send us your instruction about detailed package.

8. What is the bulk MOQ?

Regarding OEM service, general MOQ of each design is 3000pcs per color. for your special request less than MOQ,

please let us know. we’d check with our warehouse and our fabric suppilers to find a possible solution.
