Q2 What is your OEM service procedures?

1.Confirm the artwork from customer and modify to fit produce

2.Making counter sample within 7-1 0 days(sample fee required and will be back after the order).

3.After the quality, the price, and packing details are confirmed. we can start mass production.

4.Confirm the shipment detail of products and the goods can be shipped after inspection.

And if possible, please send samples to us and so that we can make sure that we can make the product mostly same as the sample.

Q3 What is your MOQ and price?

For OEM order, our MOQ is 500-1000 pairs per color per size per design. If you buy stocks, you can buy the quantity you need. Our FOB price is based on your designs, material, size and the quantity.

Q4 If I want wholesale can I enjoy discount?

Firstly, the minimum quantity is for per color/per size/per style, not for the mix color/size/style, except the stock items. Most of the items need to meet our minimum quantity, by which we can arrange the production directly.

Q5 How about your sample fee and sample time?

1.If we have the socks in stock, one similar sample can be sent to you with freight collect.

2.If you need your own design or we have no socks in stock, it takes $ 50/style/color/size with freight collect according to your requirements. But it is refundable after order taken.

3.Use the available yarn in maket, Sample time is about 2-3 days after design confirmed.

4.Use the dyed yarn , Sample time is about 10-15 days after design confirmed.
